Tin Pan Alley came early recordings of Irish Music, popular songs and the defining styles of jazz and blues.  Likewise, Nashville became the seat of a new “American Sentimental Song” with bluegrass and country music reaching out to the country through the airwaves. Whether Broadway or The Grand Ole Opry, there is little doubt that New York and Nashville have much to offer our listeners tonight!

The concert will feature performances from legendary New York City Irish fiddler Tony DeMarco, Nashville singer-songwriter and guitarists Jordan Tice (Tony Trischka, The Duhks, Steve Martin, Hawktail), New Orleans Pianist Tom McDermott (Dukes Of Dixieland, Treme-as an onscreen regular, Evan Christopher) classical pianist Dr. Greg Kostraba, NYC singer/violinist Mazz Swift (Bruce Springsteen, Henry Butler, Idina Menzel, Valerie June) and many more as the festival ensemble explores the fascinating “Metropolis” that is American Music today and yesterday.

-Doors open at 7:00 PM. Concert at 7:30 PM.
-LIVE radio broadcast begins at 8:00 PM Central Standard Time on WNIN FM 88.3 Public Radio Evansville.
